Originally called Pleasure Beach Experience, we were founded in 2009 as a fans forum for Blackpool Pleasure Beach focused debate and discussion, our vision was to create a community for Blackpool Pleasure Beach fans whilst building a new working relationship with the park.

 

In 2012, we speculatively contacted the Pleasure Beach about hiring the Big One for an hour, from there, our history took a significant change. Due to the success of that event and our continued support for Blackpool Pleasure Beach on social media, we were offered the chance to take on the running of Club Pleasure Beach. Club Pleasure Beach Experience was born in July 2012.

In 2013, we started to organise three or four coaster club events a year which continued every year up to the global pandemic in 2020. Our events take place all over the world now with over 100 attendees at every event. 

 

In 2017, we started to create vlogs at theme parks for our YouTube channel, 2018 was our breakthrough year for the channel with invites to Alton Towers' Wicker Man launch events, Blackpool Pleasure Beach's ICON media days and Thorpe Park's FRIGHT NIGHTS' media events.

In 2022, we made the decision to rebrand from Pleasure Beach Experience to Your Experience Guide. The reason for rebranding was due to the continued growth of our YouTube channel and events community which is no longer solely focused on one amusement park.

 

Currently, our YouTube channel has over 40k subscribers and achieves at least 4 million video views a year.
