Your Experience Guide presents "Th13teen Smiles" taking place at Alton Towers Resort on Saturday 16th September 2023. 

(All timings used as a guideline and are subject to change)

Saturday 16th September 2023

• 8:45am - Arrive at Alton Towers main entrance beneath Corkscrew for event registration
• 9:30am - The Smiler ERT session (30 mins)
• 10am - Alton Towers Hospitality Suite opens and is available for use by our group members at all times during the day (please note we are still discussing the possibility of a Q&A Session in here for at some point of the day)
• 6:30pm - Thirteen ERT session (60 mins) - start time may change due to operational hours on the day

PRICING

Event Ticket - £20pp

Alton Towers Admission Ticket - £36pp (this is for people who require an entry ticket, not pass holders)

PLEASE READ - IMPORTANT

FAO Alton Towers/Merlin Annual Pass Holders; On the booking page, you only need to select the "Event Ticket" to secure your place. You will need to prebook on the passholder portal as per any other day you would be visiting Alton Towers.

FAO NON Pass Holders; On the booking page, you need to select the "Event Ticket" AND Alton Towers Admission Ticket to secure your place. Non-pass holders will require a park entry ticket for access to Alton Towers, the event ticket covers the price of the event activities taking place.

Please make sure you are booking the correct tickets at the time of booking, this is a limited availability event and wrongful bookings may have to be cancelled and refunded with no guarantee of a place being available at the time of rebooking.

Your Experience Guide membership is NOT required to attend this event.

You must be 18 or over to attend events in the UK unless attending with a family member who is 18 or older.

By booking onto this event, you agree to the terms and conditions set out on our code of conduct page. Your Experience Guide reserves the right to remove anyone from the event who is bringing the club into disrepute by not sticking within the guidelines set out (with no refund).

By booking onto this event, you are committing to a limited availability event and refunds will not be issued for a change of mind.

Lanyard and event passes issued at morning registration to be worn and visible by all attendees for entry to park and access to ERT sessions and Towers Hospitality Suite. Lanyards and event passes are included in the price and must be kept throughout the duration of the event. If a lanyard is lost or damaged during the event, a replacement may have to be bought (£5) to take part in any remaining event activities.

The event pricing structure has been set by Alton Towers with a small booking fee added on by Your Experience Guide, the booking fee is there because we are charged by our web host for every transaction made on event bookings.
