West Coast Coasters | Saturday 20th May 2023

Your Experience Guide presents "West Coast Coasters" taking place in Blackpool on Saturday 20th May 2023. 

We're going back to the old days with this, it's a good old fashioned roller coaster enthusiast meetup at the park for likeminded fans of Blackpool Pleasure Beach and thrillseekers to meet up, do the rides together and socialise. Following on from this, we are hosting an afterparty with a buffet, a bar where you can buy drinks and a DJ (more information below). 

The BPB Plan

Meetup Info: Fountain seating area inside Blackpool Pleasure Beach between 10am-10:30am.

Once everyone attending has arrived, we'll make our way around the park from ride to ride as a group, you're welcome to stay with the group all day, for some of the day or just one ride. On this occasion there is no behind the scenes tours or ERT sessions. Blackpool Pleasure Beach is currently scheduled to be open from 10am to 5pm. 

After Party Information

We have hired out the top floor of Blackpool's West Coast Rock Cafe, located in Blackpool town centre, from 8pm to 1am. Included in the price for this is a buffet including beef, chicken and vegan/veggie burgers with plenty of side options. There'll also be a bar open for everyone to buy a soft or alcoholic drink, a DJ and plenty of seating space for everyone. Price for this is £15 per person this covers the cost of everything mentioned, any drinks bought on the night will be charged by the bar staff at the time. 

West Coast Rock Cafe is a short walk from the Winter Gardens, and a five minute walk from the North Pier tram stop. You can catch a tram from outside of the Pleasure Beach to North Pier. It's also a short walk away from Blackpool North train station, and Popworld. 

How To Attend?! 

So that we know how many are planning to attend the meetup, and who to wait for at the meeting point, please confirm your attendance by adding the BPB Meetup Confirmation ticket to your basket. This is free of charge and only being used so we can make sure we do not leave the morning meetup point before everyone arrives. Please note each person attending is responsible for sorting their own park entry to Blackpool Pleasure Beach. 

West Coast Rock Cafe is charged per person to cover the cost of the room hire, the buffet and the DJ. It will not be possible to attend the after party without coming to the BPB meetup at some point throughout the day. There is limited availability for this.
