Your Experience Guide T-Shirt - Embroidery

To help keep your embroidered t-shirt looking its best, here's the recommended care instructions:

• Wash inside out.
• Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle.
• Wash with similar colours.
• Use a mild detergent.
• Do not bleach.
• Do not tumble dry.
• Reshape whilst damp and allow to air dry naturally.
• Iron on a low heat inside out. Avoid ironing directly over the embroidered logo.
• Do not dry clean.

As each t-shirt is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Unwanted items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

We reserve the right to request the return of faulty items before issuing a replacement or refund.
